Container Agreement

If you know you will use an agency to fill at least five jobs in a calendar year, then this arrangement will save you a substantial amount of money. The positions filled can be in Human Resources or any other area/profession. Black Bear Consultants will create an industry database for you exclusively and will only sign one client per industry to a Container Agreement.

Cost

$120,000 per year for 10 placements for salary range of $80K and up.

The above numbers are just a representation of the container agreement. The cost and number of placements can be changed depending upon salary level, number of positions needed and timeframe.

Salary Range of $80K or higher ($12K per placement)
