Personalized Executive Search

Black Bear provides targeted and timely solutions to your recruitment problems. We meet with our clients face to face to understand the company, the need, and the parameters of the search. We target the best and thoroughly interview everyone. We typically screen out 90% of the candidates we recruit and submit the top three to four per search.

If parameters are out of line, we provide salary info, market data and candidate backgrounds to adjust the parameters as needed. We will also provide target recruit lists if our clients would like to review them in advance.

All of this for 20% of base salary.
